What we collect

This website does not have accounts and does not ask you to log in. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you chose, under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the email.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people read. We do not sell that data and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Client data during an engagement

When we train inside your firm, we work on your systems under your policies. We do not copy client files, resident records or account data onto our own devices. Anything you show us stays with you.

Your choices

Email rob@lumiwealth.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within ten business days.
